The Connacht Distillery sits on the banks of the beautiful River Moy where the river widens into the Moy Estuary in Ballina, County Mayo. The distillery building was previously used to house the Duffy family bakery. Their custom-designed stills were designed by the head distiller Robert Cassells which will add unique flavour profiles to their finished spirits.
